RETURNS
You have the right tocancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to OCD Nederland B.V. (the webshop owner) are for your own account.If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to OCD Nederland B.V. with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us via a [email protected].
The order amount will be refunded by OCD Nederland B.V. as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. Therefor it is necessary that the product has already been received back by OCD Nederland B.V. or there is evidence that you as a customer have returned the package with product.
Return exceptions
Products that are not suitable for return are products whose seal has been broken after delivery or whose packaging has been damaged.
