These general terms and conditions apply to all our offers, mentioned in this webshop, and to agreements entered into by us for the delivery of goods to our buyers.

Finished shopping and have you placed the desired items in the shopping cart?

- Click on "Address details" and then create a customer account. Choose to deliver at home or to another address.

- Click on "next step" and you will be taken to the "Delivery method". Choose normal mail (POSTNL) or pick up at OCD Nederland B.V.

- Then click on "next step" and you will be taken to the "Order overview". You will see an overview of the selected products, delivery address and billing address.

- Under "last step" you will come to "Order". Here you make the order final.

1. Payment

Transfer directly with internet banking iDEAL - free of charge. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on the security methods of your own bank. Therefore, you do not need any special software or login.

2 . Stock

Almost all our items are available from stock. However, it is possible that certain items are temporarily sold out. If this takes longer than 2 days, we will inform you about this.

3. Delivery

If you have placed an order, you will, usually, receive an order confirmation within 24 hours with information about your order.

4. Returning items

The items you ordered can be registered for return within 14 days. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product. This dissolves the purchase and you are entitled to a refund. The delivery costs will not be refunded. You can only return your order if the goods in question are returned complete, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. If you have not returned delivered items to OCD Nederland BV after the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is final. The costs of return shipment are for your account.

If you have paid an amount, OCD Nederland B.V. will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by OCD Nederland B.V. or that conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted.

5. Use

You are at all times responsible for the use of the products sold by us to you. Read the instructions for use carefully and follow the instructions. If damage occurs, in whatever form, OCD Nederland B.V. is not responsible for possible (consequential) damages.

6. Warranty

Bardahl products have an expiry date of 1 year*. After this period, there may be a loss of quality.

You will not be able to use the guarantee scheme if:

- Goods were purchased more than 1 year ago.

- The goods have been exposed to abnormal conditions, such as contamination, or have otherwise been handled carelessly injudiciously or contrary to the instructions for use.

- You are at all times responsible for adding and/or using our products. Misuse, other than stated in instructions for use, can lead to damage. OCD Nederland B.V. is never responsible for damages or consequential damages. Regarding the use of (engine) oil: always follow the prescribed advice of the manufacturer of your car, motorcycle, etc.

*Lubricants have a minimum term of 2 years.

7. Complaints procedure

a. OCD Nederland B.V. has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.

b. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to OCD Nederland B.V. within 7 days, after the consumer has discovered the defects. This can be done via telephone number: 078-6512322 or by e-mail: [email protected]

c. Complaints submitted to OCD Nederland B.V. will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, OCD Nederland B.V. will respond within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.

d. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is susceptible to the dispute settlement.

e. In the event of complaints, a consumer must first turn to OCD Nederland B.V. In the event of complaints that cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, the consumer must turn to Trusted Shops (www.trustedshops.nl/kopersbescherming), which will mediate free of charge. If a solution has not yet been reached, the consumer has the option to have his complaint dealt with by the independent disputes committee appointed by Trusted Shops, the decision is binding and both OCD Nederland B.V. and the consumer agree with this binding ruling. Submitting a dispute to this disputes committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

f. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of OCD Nederland B.V., unless OCD Nederland B.V. indicates otherwise in writing.

g. If a complaint is found to be well-founded by OCD Nederland B.V., OCD Nederland B.V. will, at its discretion, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.

8. Personal data

Your personal data will be included in our own customer database. Responsible for this is OCD Nederland B.V., Maxwellstraat 41, 3316 GP in Dordrecht responsible. Your data will only be used for the delivery of your orders, to be able to check the payments and to manage the customer relationship, including the targeted execution of marketing activities by OCD Nederland B.V. If you want to request or adjust your personal data, you can e-mail us what you want to do with your data. We will then send you the desired information or adjust our data. We adhere to the Personal Records Act.

9. Colour and design

Images, catalogues and drawings give a general representation of articles carried out by OCD Nederland B.V. The dimensions, weights and technical data indicated in an offer are only approximate, unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Normal deviations that are permissible within the industry are permitted.

10. Prices

All prices include VAT. Price changes are reserved.

11. Agreement

By placing an order with OCD Nederland B.V. you indicate that you agree with the general terms and conditions as drawn up above.
